Mr. Tom Mitchell – Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Mitchell is the founder of ISEE3D and the inventor of the company’s core technology. During his previous tenure with ISEE3D Inc. (formerly International Telepresence) he operated the company as a medical device company manufacturing endoscopy imaging systems for 11 years and took this company public. He had left the company when they changed their direction to Video Streaming technology.

Mr. Mitchell is a registered Professional Engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering and minor in the Master’s Management Science program from the University of Waterloo.

Mr. Mitchell was part of the team at MacDonald Dettwiler that developed the technology and petitioned the Federal government to change the rules to transmit data over radio. This technology division was sold to Motorola and is seen today in literally every mobile data device, used by police, taxi data terminals, and Federal Express.


Mr. Tom Dalrymple – Chief Operating Officer
A financial professional for 29 years and a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Dalrymple worked as CFO dealing with multiple partnerships and companies in an international environment for the past 8 years. Prior he worked as a senior Financial Manager/General Manager in a large conglomerate operation with sales in access of $500 million. He has had considerable experience with start up operations to thriving enterprises.


Mr. Ed Myers – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Myers is a certified management accountant with 24 years’ experience. He has held positions with several fortune 500 companies, and was most recently the senior financial manager for a leading Canadian manufacturer of hydraulic systems. Mr. Myers brings to ISee3D extensive experience in corporate planning, budgeting, design and implementation of internal control systems, as well as experience working in Canadian and foreign GAAP environments.


Mr. Karna Gupta – Director
Mr. Gupta is one of the most respected and well-seasoned executives in high technology with an exceptional track record. With more than 30 years of outstanding industry experience, his expertise and accomplishments span across North American and International business domains.

In January 2008, Mr. Gupta was named CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Certicom Corp (TSX: CIC). There, he led the organization through a successful turn-around. He then led the company through a successful defense against an hostile bid, before successfully selling the company to to RIM with over 96% shareholder approval.

Prior to his appointment at Certicom, Mr. Gupta held the role of President for the Real-Time Billing Division of Comverse Technologies from 2006 to 2008 (NASDAQ: CMVT). While there, he significantly improved the overall performance of the division, which had a globally-distributed workforce (1500) in 50 countries and served a world-wide customer base.

In addition, Mr. Gupta held several executive positions with Bell Canada (TSX: BCE), including Vice President, Product Development and Management.


Mr. Jolyon Burton- Director
Mr. Burton is a co-founder of Bloom Burton & Co. and serves as its CEO and Head of Investment Banking. Prior to founding Bloom Burton & Co., Mr. Burton spent six years at Dundee Securities Corporation, leading their Healthcare & Biotechnology Investment Banking Group, which he joined in September 2003. Mr. Burton has since been involved in numerous public financings on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, NASDAQ, AMEX and AIM Market. At Dundee, Mr. Burton helped the team grow into a North American biotechnology financing and M&A specialist, completing financings for private companies, engineering several M&A transactions, completing IPOs, CPCs and international financings. Prior to joining Dundee, Mr. Burton worked at another leading independent investment dealer, which he joined in October 2000. While there, he completed various public and private transactions in the fields of high tech, media and communications, healthcare and biotechnology, mining and special situations. Prior to that, Mr. Burton helped establish a subsidiary for a large, international auto parts company based in Germany and also held positions with the Export Development Corporation, the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and Statistics Canada.

Mr. Burton holds an Honours B.A. in Economics and Applied Studies with specializations in Finance and International Trade from the University of Waterloo, Ontario.


Ms. Helen Kim – Director
In May 2008, Ms. Helen Kim joined the Board of Directors of the company. Ms. Kim was introduced to the company through a recent demonstration of its technology in Korea and represents the interest of SoftForum and Hyundai LCD of South Korea in North America. Ms. Kim brings a wealth of vision and opportunity to the company through her extensive association with world renowned technology development and manufacturing concerns worldwide.


Ms. Nathaly J. Vermette - Director
Nathaly J. Vermette is the managing partner of the ANDREWS ROBICHAUD Montreal law office (www.andrewsrobichaud.com). She received her Bachelor of Civil Law degree from Université de Montréal in 1993 and became a member of the Quebec Bar in 1994. While in private practice, she pursued her Masters of Law (LL.M.) degree at Université de Montréal, which she completed in February 2000. The subject matter of her thesis relates to internet domain names and trade-marks in an international context ("Domain names in the realm of Trademark Law").

Ms. Vermette is a bilingual (English and French) commercial transactional and intellectual property lawyer licensed to practice law in the province of Quebec, Canada and is a registered Canadian trade-mark agent. She represents domestic and international clients in several industries, namely, the life science and pharmaceutical industry, the information technology, communications and media, and the fashion and entertainment industries. She has published articles and has made numerous presentations on intellectual property issues related to the Internet.

Ms. Vermette is a member of the Montreal Bar Association where she sits on the Committee for Access to Justice in the English language. She is also a member of several U.S. based organizations, namely, the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel ("FDCC"), the International Trademark Association ("INTA"), the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (“TTIPS”) of the American Bar Association ("ABA") and the Licensing Executives Society (“LES”). She was Chair of the Intellectual Property Law Committee at TTIPS from 2006 to 2008 inclusively and remains an active member of several administrative and substantive law committees. Ms. Vermette was also elected to the office of municipal councilor at Wentworth-Nord, Quebec from 2005 to 2009.
