ISEE3D ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF A NEW DIRECTOR

Montreal, QC, Canada - February 18, 2009 - ISee3D Inc. (TSX-V: ICT) a technology development Company, with a portfolio of patents and specialized know how related to the capture of 3D image through a single lens, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tom Mitchell to its Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Mitchell has also been appointed as the Chief Technology Officer for ISee3D Inc. Mr. Mitchell, a senior corporate executive, is a registered Professional Engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering and minor in the Management Science program from the University of Waterloo.

Mr. Mitchell was the founder of International Telepresence, which provided specialized imaging systems to notable clients such as NASA, the Canadian Space Agency, Caterpillar and developing Military systems for more than a decade prior to their invention and patenting of ISee3D Inc.'s core technology, "the capture of 3D imaging through a single lens". The Company initially focused that specialized technology on applications in the medical industry through the development, FDA 510K, and sales of 3D single lens endoscope converter systems. By 1997 International Telepresence merged with another entity and was renamed ISee3D Inc.

Prior thereto Mr. Mitchell was a part of another revolutionary technology team at MacDonald Dettwiler that developed the technology and petitioned the Canadian Federal government to change the rules to transmit data over radio. This technology became Mobile Data International and was eventually purchased by Motorola and variations of it is seen today in literally every handheld and mobile data device today.

Mr. Mitchell states that he is very pleased to join the Company's new team of dedicated professionals to finally realize upon the full potential of ISee3D's unique technology which we are convinced delivers the most realistic 3D image in a way that closely matches that captured by the human eyes. I am especially pleased to be a part of the Company at this critical time that the market for the Company's unique 3D technologies has finally reached its optimal point for market penetration into very many new and diverse markets niches.

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ISee3D Inc., Mr. Romanica, stated that he is delighted to have Mr. Mitchell join the Company's growing team. His background and in depth knowledge of the Company's technology provides a key asset to the Company and will serve to ensure that the Company expands upon it's technology base as well as serve to expedite the execution of the Company's planned development programs.
