Montreal, QC, Canada - April 17, 2009 - ISee3D Inc. (TSX-V: ICT) Further to its April 2, 2009 news release, ISee3D Inc. announced today that its previously announced private placement of up to 6,000,000 units at $0.15 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $900,000, has been increased to up to 8,000,000 units, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1,200,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one warrant. Each full warrant will entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.20 for a period of 24 months from the closing date.

Proceeds from the placement will be used for general working capital. The securities issued pursuant to the private placement will be subject to a four month hold period and the offering will be subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
