Montreal, QC, Canada - May 21, 2009 - ISee3D Inc. (TSX-V: ICT) today announced the appointment of Joylon Burton to the Company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Burton is a co-founder of Bloom Burton & Co. and serves its CEO and Head of Investment Banking. Prior to founding Bloom Burton & Co., Mr. Burton spent six years at Dundee Securities Corporation, leading their Healthcare & Biotechnology Investment Banking Group, which he joined in September 2003. Mr. Burton has since been involved in numerous public financings on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, NASDAQ, AMEX and AIM Market. At Dundee, Jolyon helped the team grow into a North American biotechnology financing and M&A specialist, completing financings for private companies, engineering several M&A transactions, completing IPOs, CPCs and international financings. Prior to joining Dundee, Mr. Burton worked at another leading independent investment dealer, which he joined in October 2000. While there, Jolyon completed various public and private transactions in the fields of high tech, media and communications, healthcare and biotechnology, mining and special situations. Prior to that, Jolyon helped establish a subsidiary for a large, international auto parts company based in Germany and also held positions with the Export Development Corporation, the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and Statistics Canada. Mr. Burton holds an Honours B.A. in Economics and Applied Studies with specializations in Finance and International Trade from the University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Ontario.
