Montreal, QC, Canada - April 13, 2010 - ISee3D Inc. (TSX-V: ICT) announced today it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Insprit Inc., of South Korea, for incorporating ISee3D's patented single lens, single camera 3D capture technology into smart home devices.
