Montreal, QC, Canada - August 14, 2009 - ISEE3D Inc. (TSX-V: ICT) announces that it has retained SectorSpeak Inc. to provide the company with investor relations and communication services. Hogan Mullally is the principal owner of SectorSpeak, a Canadian corporation, that specializes in providing investor relations services to public companies throughout North America.

Under the terms of the agreement, ISEE3D Inc. will pay SectorSpeak a monthly retainer fee of $3,000 for its services. ISEE3D will also be issuing 200,000 stock options subject to exchange approval. The contract terms are for 12 months.

Mr. Mullally is at arms length to ISEE3D Inc. Mr. Mullally holds 22,000 shares of ISEE3D Inc. and SectorSpeak does not own any shares of ISEE3D Inc. This agreement is subject to exchange approval.
