I SEE 3D

Pursuant to a warrant exercise, A.G. Solutions Ltd. of Vancouver, BC has acquired 684,500 common shares of ISee3D Inc. (TSXV-ICT) at a price of $0.15 per common share. A.G. Solutions now holds 2,461,913 common shares, representing 11.12 % of ISee3D Inc.'s outstanding capital. Mr. Alan Smith, of Vancouver, BC, owns and controls A.G. Solutions Ltd. Upon completion of the warrant exercise, Mr. Smith now owns or has beneficial control or direction over an aggregate of 2,700,913 common shares, representing 12.20 % of the Isee3D Inc.'s outstanding capital.

The securities were acquired by A.G. Solutions for investment purposes. While they do not currently have any intention to acquire further securities of the Company, A.G. Solutions or Mr. Smith may in the future acquire or dispose of securities of the Company, through the market or otherwise, as circumstances or market conditions warrant.
