ISee3D Inc. Announces Graduation to TSX Venture Exchange

Montreal, QC, Canada - November 10, 2008 - ISee3D Inc. ("ISee3D") (NEX: ICT.H / TSX-V: ICT) today announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has granted approval for ISee3D's application to graduate from the NEX, to the TSX Venture Exchange. ISee3D's shares will commence trading on Tier 2 of the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "ICT" on Tuesday, November 11, 2008. The Company is a reporting issuer in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec.
