Montreal, QC, Canada - July 24, 2009 - Isee3D Inc. ("Isee3D") (TSX-V: ICT) today announced that, further to it's news release of July 15, 2009, Isee3D has settled a total $15,000 in outstanding debt through the issuance of 88,235 shares (the "Settlement Shares") at a deemed price of $0.17 per share to an officer of the Company.

Further to the its news release of May 12, 2009, announcing a first tranche closing (the "Closing") of it's private placement of units, Isee3D reports that it has issued an additional 60,000 common shares (the Finder's Shares") at a deemed price of $0.15 per share in payment of finder's fees for the Closing.

The Settlement Shares and the Finder's Shares will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
