ISEE3D APPOINTS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Montreal, QC, Canada - December 2, 2009 - ISee3D Inc. (TSX-V: ICT) is pleased to announce that it has, effective December 1, 2009, appointed Thomas Dalrymple as its Chief Financial Officer.

Dwight Romanica, President and Chief Executive Officer commented "We are pleased to have Mr. Dalrymple join ISee3D's management team. Mr. Dalrymple has been a chartered accountant since 1984 and worked as a Senior Officer of many private Canadian companies. He will be a valuable asset to the Company's management team."

In connection with Mr. Dalrymple's appointment, Bal Bhullar has resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and will work with the company in an advisory role. Mr. Romanica commented "We would like to thank Ms. Bhullar for her hard work and contribution to the Company in her role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company over the last several months."
